Disease Prevention

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

Over the years I have read very many articles and summaries of numerous research results from reliable and prestigious Universities. Volumes of research papers point to countless opportunities to reduce risk of getting cancer, heart disease and other killers. I believe that much of all disease is preventable. I am convinced that not enough is being said about the power of prevention and what the opportunities are. We must also tackle the issue of getting people to care enough to take such preventive measures. I firmly believe that the best cure for appoximately 70% of all disease is to not get the disease to begin with. In other words, prevention, prevention, prevention. While we do need to seek out cure we absobluelty have to focus on PREVENTION!
